Recovering at Home

Erik is recovering and enjoying life back at Cedar.  He was greeted by a giant poster, gifts and a twinkly lighted tree bearing colorful scrolled papers.  They are little notes from lots of the kiddos and teachers at school.  There are probably 100 or more.  They are tricky to open up and it's good, because... ya, he has time!  It's good for him to open up little notes of encouragement and get well wishes from friends.  It's awesome!  And some of the notes are inside jokes... which need explaining.  It's fun to see the joy on Erik's face as he is opening and reading them.  Schweet!

This colorful quilt with the pattern of "Hope for the Cure" was made especially for Erik by a good friend, Francine Lyndaker.  It was made for friends and family to sign.  It's amazing!  He loves it.  And the back is soft and plush and cuddly.  She's a talented lady.  Thanks Francine!  :)

We took more pictures... but I'm not that fast.  Will post later.
