Greg Olsen is my hero. What great talent he has! Browsing through his "SPIRITUAL STEROIDS": DAILY thoughts & images to pump up your soul! pictures on his Facebook Album...I came across this one....
It reminded me of my guy, Justin, when he was just a little tike and how we used to do puzzles endlessly. We did large piece puzzles, of course, but we also did some 200 to 500 piece puzzles, too. They would take us more than one afternoon....they would take us many afternoons! The joy was all in the journey. Santa brought us this particular print of Greg Olsen's in a 400 piece puzzle one year at Christmas time. I think we put it together twice because we enjoyed doing this puzzle so much. Then ended up using puzzle glue to keep it together because we loved the picture so much. When I came across this picture, it caused me to reflect....
I love this picture because it reminds me of the "time" little J and I would spend together when he was a preschooler and in Elementary school. The cute boy in the picture even looks a little like him, my only little blondie... and notice his curious, happy little expression on his face. Oh, they grow up....don't they....and still, yet, everyday, we are still enjoying the journey making memories in different ways.
