Waiting....

Waiting, but also enjoying the break between surgeries. We know that Erik will have another... just when and what kind is what we are waiting for. We wait for a phone call to tell us the pathology reports show a "clean margin". YES... that's what we want.... BUT we don't know yet... so we enjoy each day. Erik is recovering. Still taking a pain pill here and there. Feeling better and able to do a little more each day. He's more independent, which he's liking that too. I also think he's liking the idea of staying in a nice warm house wrapped in the comfort of blankets, rather than having to be out and about in the cold weather.
