Awesome!
It was the annual Turkey shoot with Venture Scouts and Laurels. I'm not the greatest shot....but oh, well. I learned something that day. It was rewarding in the fact that although my shoulder was a little sore the next day or two...it's something I got to sign off in my Personal Progress Book. *schweet*
This activity was fun because Dennis came along, too and helped us out, I felt so cool being around fun Laurel girls, and this activity taught me that I can come out of my comfort zone! hahaahahah
We are admiring the others who could hit that crazy disc flying through the air!

She hit 6 out of the 25.... She's a good shot!
And then there's another of my Laurels who goes hunting with her dad.... She shot 10! Way to go! Her dad came to shoot too. Also in the picture is another friend...one of Erik's friends. He got a prize because he is a VERY accurate shooter!
Another one of my Laurel girls....her dad was a great teacher...he helped us all....
We had a fun day...so glad the weather cooperated.
