Boys will be boys....

Justin tweaked his knee pretty good last week!  He's now on crutches and wearing a brace 24/7 for the next 4 weeks.  He's so lucky to get dropped off and picked up by 'Mom's Taxi' everyday to school, gets out of doing his chores, walking Buddy and playing the piano....

 This was the cast the Insta Care gave him for the weekend until he could get to the Orthopedic Specialist.  After an MRI, it was concluded that Justin didn't fracture anything...thank heavens and didn't tear his ACL....thank heavens for evading the surgery issue...but it did bruise his bones tremendously and tore his TC ligament....ouch..

Oh, yeah...so how did it happen?  We were making up stories and having fun using our imaginations, but the real story is that his leg was caught in between a wall and the bed and his body continued to go forward but his leg didn't....thus resulting in pain!

Justin is advancing in Scouting!  He was awarded his Tenderfoot and his Second Class this past week.

Sadies Dance....  "TAG ~ You're Caught!"  This was a surprise to Erik....she was hiding out in the basement and I asked Erik go downstairs to change over the laundry for me.....
and whaaaa laaaa! She really surprised him....TAG....He didn't even have a chance to run, he was in shock that she was around the corner....hahaha

They had a great time at the dance....
Ash also went to the dance and had a super time....


This is what happens when a deer gets in your way coming off the mountain..... OUCH!
