October

Have I mentioned that you can read out about Erik's Mission here?  He has an email group that he sends his weekly letters to.  I am helping keep a blog for him. He is having such wonderful experiences!  It is nice that he lives at home and we can feel of that spirit that he so beautifully brings home from the Temple.

Erik's last surgery went well... but not perfect.  They were unable to get clean margins.  We are meeting with a few more oncologists next week to decide what is best for his situation.  The cancer recurs in the same general area... which they think it might be ok to do some radiation?  There might be some new clinical trials out that might work?   We continue to pray that he can once and for all be healed without messing up his quality of life.

The little boys are growing up.  I just LOVE being able to spend time with them.

Ashley and Hayden are having a wonderful XC season!  Woot woot!

We are excited for Allie's baby bump to start showing.... finally... just a cute little bump!  (She's not due until Feb... I should hold back my excitement a little or I might make myself crazy!)  She's feeling good and able to enjoy her pregnancy.  Chris is so happy, too.

This is Justin's last week of football.  They play their last game this Thursday.  They have had an average season.  I'm so proud of Justin and the hard worker that he is.  He would love more playing time... but that will come next year with more seniority and experience.  When he is out on the field... he hits hard and does a good job being a lineman.
