PR's all around

PR... meaning Personal Record, for both Ashley and Erik in Xcountry.  

I love this picture!  Does this say it all?  That "I did it! I PR'ed"???!!!  This was up at the Nebo Invite with the Wasatch Rendezvous the next morning.  It was really nice to see him run twice and also see lots of family and help Spencer and his new bride, Madison, celebrate at their wedding reception in Highland.  What a great weekend.  We got to have my mom and dad with us, too, to ride up and back.  Mom really enjoyed being able to watch Erik run. 

 

 Another PR this past weekend right here on home territory at the Cedar Meet.  I love the determination written all over his face.  He did so great!

And you could say that Justin "PR's" every football game.  More tackles and great plays each game! He is the one half way on the ground in the above picture.  He plays half back on the 7th grade team.

Go number 55! He was a little sore and tender again, after the game, but he is proud of his war wounds and bruises!  What a guy!

Ash earned her way to Oregon to the Bill Dellinger Invite at the University of Oregon.  And racing there on Saturday, Ashley placed 38th, a time of 17:49 in their 5K and 4th on the SUU team.  She said it felt good. And she feels good about her run especially since the entire course is grass.  I can't wait to watch her run at their next meet here in Cedar. 

And here's our "grand" little guy, growing up so fast!  He's such a cutie!
